Joseph Overholt founded Overholt Construction in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1969. He relocated his family and business to Jesup, Georgia in 1980. Presently, his son Jonathan works with him as a second-generation builder. Their business philosophy is base on good work ethic and "hands on" management of construction. Overholt Homes specializes in custom and spec homes ranging from 1600 to 3400 square feet.
